We want you to love your Nailberry purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original luxury packaging and ensure they are securely cushioned to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
